Senior Project Manager

We are Global Partners of Shopify, PayPal and DHL with business operations in North America, South East Asia, Europe and Oceania. We have served 1000+ brands globally and our clientele includes Lens kart, The Better India, The Hindu, Wonder chef, Boat, KKR, Qtrove, Kisan and the list goes on.
What we're looking for in a candidate
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of various projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining a high standard of quality.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5+ years of project management experience, with a strong background in Shopify store development. Knowledge of UI/UX design will be considered a significant advantage. This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects concurrently.
Responsibilities
1. Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
2. Shopify Store Development: Leverage your expertise in Shopify to guide and support the development team throughout the project lifecycle. Provide technical insights, solutions, and best practices to enhance the Shopify store performance and user experience.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient project delivery.
4. Quality Control: Maintain strict quality control measures to ensure that project outcomes meet and exceed industry standards. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
5. Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines effectively. Identify opportunities for optimization to ensure projects are completed within scope and budget.
6. Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.
7. Communication: Facilitate effective communication channels within the team and with stakeholders. Provide regular project updates, status reports, and ensure alignment on project goals and milestones.
8. Problem Solving: Identify project-related challenges and provide creative and pragmatic solutions to overcome obstacles and keep projects on track.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably in e-commerce or Shopify-related projects.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify store development, including customizations, app integrations, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Proven track record of successful project deliveries on time and within budget.
- Adaptability and resilience to handle changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
