The Demeanor

The problem statement was pretty clear. We had to build a couple of dashboards for the Ops team which could help them streamline order processing and bring in transparency. The other problem was on the consumer demand side where Mike wanted to estimate the demands being generated from each Area so he can plan the further expansion of the Physical shops.

The Verdict

To analyze the area wise demand, we built an Analytics solution which captures the activities of the users in real-time and helps us get insights of metrics like demand from each area, product-wise demands, most preferred buying options and many more data points which now plays an important role in business decisions.

For Backend, we decided to build a custom solution which will have all features to manage the Vendors, Orders, and Finance. This solution later shaped into one of our Enterprise products called Martmonk which is now used by 50+ Enterprises and well-known brands. Martmonk now has 10000+ Vendors using its platform and processes transactions of $10M+.
