Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Executive


Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will work closely with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies and enhance the employer brand.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to meet business needs.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.) to identify top candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job roles, qualifications, and hiring requirements.
  • Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future roles.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Manage recruitment metrics and provide reports to leadership on hiring progress..


    Years of Experience- 3- 5 Years of experience in Talent Acquisition.



    Qualifications:

     

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

     

    Skills: 

     

    Mandatory - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

    Essential - Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc ).

    Good to Have - Understanding of hiring metrics and recruitment analytics.
