Bridging the gap between a tech & product
In it’s teething phase, any new project poses some new challenges. But it’s just a matter of aligning goals, objectives and work methodologies to ensure both teams (ours and the brand’s’) gel together. We’ve always believed in structure, processes, documentation, communication and simplifying tech for all. And this was the key factor in helping us smoothen out any underlying wrinkles.
Tech is second nature to us but we try and explain it to the best of our ability to our key players to ensure they know what their tech demands and understand how their project is moving forward. We may be the subject matter experts but true knowledge is in sharing. A new website is not just a project to us. It’s as much our dream as the brand’s!

Trust and faith cannot be built overnight and this is something we’ve even mentioned in an Silicon India Article we were featured in! It requires patience, effort, determination and ownership to nurture it and help it blossom. And that’s exactly what happened here. We started out slow on smaller, daily deliverables while perfecting the relationship and communication between the teams. Once the alignment of goals and expectations was met, we moved on to larger projects. Today, we stand strong with mCaffeine having redeveloped their website and they stand strong with us as they intend to take on much larger projects with us in the coming future!
