Job Title: Content Developer 


Position Overview:


As a Content Developer at Marmeto, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality content for our business needs. Your primary focus will be on LinkedIn and email communications, but you will also contribute to other platforms such as newsletters, webinars, digital marketing materials, brochures, social media, articles, advertorial messaging and company communications. You should be adept at transforming raw content into polished, engaging posts and managing the entire content lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Take raw content and transform it into polished, ready-to-post materials.
  • Craft and deliver newsletters, webinars, digital marketing materials, brochures, social media posts, articles and advertorial messages.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather information and ensure content aligns with company goals and messaging.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, using insights to improve future content strategies.
  • Follow through with necessary steps post-publication, including engagement tracking and performance analysis.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content creation and digital marketing.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience of 2+ years as a content developer, within a tech company.
  • Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and basic graphic design tools.
  • Should have an understanding of how various social platforms work.
  • Should be able to understand actionable insights based on platform results.
  • Should have the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Should align with company values.

  • Quality of produced content.
  • Engagement metrics.
  • Timeliness.

CTC: 6LPA onwards (may vary depending on years of experience)
