What we're looking for in a candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a relevant industry or domain - E-Commerce
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user feedback.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design approaches.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables within given timelines.
• Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, user feedback, and technical constraints.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate and demonstrate design concepts.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
• Collaborate with project , product managers and developers to define and prioritize user stories and product requirements.
• Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to iterate and refine designs based on user needs and preferences.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and development.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into meaningful design solutions.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design consistency throughout the product.
