Job Title: Technical Trainer
Position Overview:
Experienced Technical Trainer specializing in Frontend Development to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for our frontend development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with frontend technologies and a passion for teaching, enabling developers to gain proficiency in industry best practices, tools, and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development: Design and structure learning programs focusing on Shopify and frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, Liquid, JavaScript, React).
- Curriculum Delivery: Conduct live workshops, hands-on coding sessions, and one-on-one coaching.
- Progress Assessment: Evaluate and track the progress of trainees through exercises, projects, and tests.
- Content Creation: Prepare and update training materials, including documentation, presentations, and resources.
- Technical Mentorship: Offer technical guidance on best practices, code standards, and debugging techniques
- Collaboration: Work with Learning and Development(L&D) team to ensure training programs meet both current and future technical requirements.

Continuous Improvement: Regularly update the curriculum to keep pace with industry changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years in frontend development and/or technical training, where 1+ years of experience as trainer is mandatory
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Strong knowledge of frontend development principles like responsive design and accessibility.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with modern development tools and best practices.
Good to have:
- Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
- Knowledge of version control (Git).
