Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager
Position Overview:
The Sales Manager will lead Marmeto’s efforts to acquire new clients, drive
revenue growth, and manage the sales pipeline effectively. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the e-commerce domain
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking
- Present Marmeto’s offerings to potential clients, understanding their needs and customizing solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation efforts
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to leadership.
- Mentor and manage junior sales team members (if applicable).

Education - Any Graduate
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the e-commerce or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital services.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Data-driven approach to sales performance and forecasting.
