Job Title:  Assistant Sales Manager 

Position Overview:

 The Sales Manager will lead Marmeto’s efforts to acquire new clients, drive 
revenue growth, and manage the sales pipeline effectively. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the e-commerce domain
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking 
  • Present Marmeto’s offerings to potential clients, understanding their needs and customizing solutions. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation efforts 
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to leadership. 
  • Mentor and manage junior sales team members (if applicable). 

 

Years of Experience - 0 - 1year

Education - Any Graduate


Skills & Qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the e-commerce or technology sector. 
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital services.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills. 
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships. 
  • Data-driven approach to sales performance and forecasting. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
