Job Title: Sales Manager

 

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The candidate must have a strong background in the eCommerce ecosystem, with a particular emphasis on the Shopify platform. This role is focused on understanding and catering to client needs in the eCommerce space, driving sales growth, and fostering strong client relationships.

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Act as the main point of contact, they must provide personalized solutions and support to clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their eCommerce needs and goals.
  3. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of our eCommerce solutions and how they integrate with the Shopify platform or any ecommerce platform.
  5. Stay updated on the latest developments and updates within the ecommerce ecosystem (Shopify is a plus)

Qualifications

  1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in the eCommerce ecosystem, with a strong preference for experience within the Shopify platform.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  3. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  4. Deep understanding of the eCommerce industry and the Shopify ecosystem is a plus.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
