Job Title: Sales Head
Position Overview:
Will be responsible for driving the company’s sales and marketing strategy and achieving the annual revenue target. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with a strong background in lead generation, market expansion, marketing and team management. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to align sales and marketing efforts to maximize growth, while also fostering relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Additionally, this individual will have the capability to head marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and brand positioning.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Revenue Achievement: Successfully led the team to achieve an annual revenue of INR 50 Crores or more.
- Sales Strategy: Understanding market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends to drive revenue growth and optimize sales performance. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across the India region.
- Lead Generation: Proficient in lead generation techniques, including digital marketing, CRM tools, and sales funnels, to identify and convert potential clients.
- Team Management: Manage, mentor, and grow the sales team to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the company’s footprint in India.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Marketing Leadership: Possess sufficient knowledge and expertise to head marketing initiatives, guiding the team in campaign management, brand positioning, and overall marketing strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Mandatory Skills:
- Sales Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Sales Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, revenue management, and financial metrics related to sales and marketing.
- Strategic Planning: Expertise in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Indian market, including customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close high-value deals and partnerships.

- Sales Conversion Rate: Indicates the percentage of leads that are successfully converted into paying customers.
- Average Deal Size: Represents the average value of each closed sale or deal.
- Sales Cycle Length: Tracks the average time taken to close a deal from initial contact to final sale
