Job Title: Senior React Developer
Position Overview:
As a React Developer at Marmeto, you will be at the forefront of building
responsive and high-performance web applications. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to create dynamic, user-friendly interfaces. This role requires a strong problem-solver who can deliver clean, efficient code and contribute to the overall development strategy of our frontend architecture
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and modern frontend technologies.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code, ensuring responsive and interactive user experiences.
- Optimize application performance, focusing on speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, advocating for continuous improvement in the development process.
Years of Experience - 4+ yrs of experience in tech
Education - BTech, MCA
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in frontend development with React.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and ES6+ features.
- Solid understanding of Redux, React Hooks, and component lifecycle.
- Experience in developing responsive designs using HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS).
- Familiarity with frontend build tools and module bundlers such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.
- Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, code splitting, and caching.
Mandatory:
- SaaS experience of 2 years with total development experience of 4 years
- Must have worked in a smaller company of less than 100
- Should have built solutions/softwares end to end and not just as a part of bigger team
- Should see themselves going deeper into the same role even 5 years down the line
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and ES6+ features.
- Solid understanding of Redux, React Hooks, and component lifecycle.
- Experience in developing responsive designs using HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS).
- Familiarity with frontend build tools and module bundlers such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Essential:
- Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, code splitting, and caching.
Good to Have:
- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and Next.js.
- Knowledge of mobile-first and progressive web app (PWA) development.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch for collaboration.
- Exposure to e-commerce platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, or Magento.
- Understanding of backend technologies and REST/GraphQL APIs for better integration.
