Business Analyst
We are looking for a talented and competitive Business Analyst that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. A business analyst will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Responsibilities
- Research and find efficient implementable solutions to client problems
- Evaluating business use cases , anticipating requirements , uncovering areas for improvement and developing and implementing solutions
- Gathering critical requirements from clients , business teams , internal stakeholders to create end to end solution flows
- Perform requirement analysis
- Analysis of edge cases
- Threat analysis for solutions to be deployed
What we're looking for
- BA/BS/BBA/BTech degree or equivalent
- Proficient with corporate tools (Microsoft Office/Google Suite)
- Exceptional understanding of Shopify as a platform
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Previous experience in building flows, mind maps on existing tools
