What is Aikyam?

The word Aikyam means unity, something rare today, especially in a world where everyone is always rushing, competing, and performing.

With Aikyam, we wanted to change that in our own small way. We want you to embrace yourself again. Not the version of you that the world sees, but the real version that rarely gets space to breathe.

If Aikyam helps even one person feel calmer, more connected, or more human, then it has done its job.

That’s all Aikyam is. a few hours of unity, where we all remember that we’re just people trying to show up every day, even on our worst days, so all of us deserve a pause.

Please note that not very request guarantees a seat.

Aikyam opens only twice a year, and every edition fills up within days.

Why Aikyam isn’t open for everyone, and that’s intentional

Because Aikyam needs the right people, not many people

Limited seats help slow the pace down so guests can actually connect, not just meet. It gives people room to just be.

The right energy matters

Venue: Marmeto Kutumb

Kutumb is Marmeto’s very own retreat, a quiet place in nature where conversations feel real and connections come naturally.

Away from the noise of the city and the rush of work, it’s where people meet as humans first, not titles or transactions.

Aikyam at Kutumb isn’t just an event; it’s a chance to slow down, breathe, share stories, and build relationships that matter long after business ends.
